Sept 2026 60-Hour Broker Pre-License Course

Begins: September 14,  2026 | Ends: November 18, 2026

Orientation: Weds, September 9 at 6:30 pm

Class times: 6:30 PM CST to 9:30 PM CSTMonday and Wednesday evenings, OVER ZOOM

The 60-hour Alabama Broker Pre-license course is for individuals wishing to earn a broker license in Alabama.

This is not a salesperson pre-license class for individuals wishing to earn a real estate license for the first time. This class is for Alabama salesperson licensees that have held an ACTIVE Alabama real estate license for 24 months out of the past 36 months

This class will be taught LIVE on-line using ZOOM meetings with a live instructor.  THIS IS NOT A CLASSROOM COURSE.

Because of this, RELIABLE HIGH-SPEED INTERNET IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND THIS COURSE. A COMPUTER (LAPTOP or DESKTOP) or TABLET IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COURSE. Smart phones are not sufficient to participate in the course.

Students will also participate in an on-line study course that contains fully-narrated lectures and quizzes to reinforce the material. ZOOM ATTENDANCE and COMPLETION of the on-line study course is REQUIRED for successful completion of the course.

The class meets twice a week ON-LINE via Zoom Mondays AND Wednesdays from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

Per Alabama real estate license law:

• Students must attend 90% of the classes

• Must have held an ACTIVE Alabama real estate salesperson license for 24 months out of the past 36 months

Cost of the course is $449,  which covers all required e-book books. PDFs of all materials will be provided.  

Two ways to register:

• Option #1: Pay $449 in full

• Option #2: Pay a $249 deposit to hold your seat and balance due on October 3, 2026.
